KL777 conducts a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure the safety of all members and to comply with anti-money laundering requirements. You may be asked to submit valid proof of identity such as a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport, proof of current address, and a bank statement or e-wallet screenshot to verify your payment method. KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 business hours. Until verification is complete, withdrawal limits may be restricted.
All financial transactions on KL777 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) using approved local Malaysian payment methods. KL777 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or via international payment methods not listed on the platform.

KL777 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals exceeding RM10,000 in a single transaction or exceeding RM30,000 within a 30-day period. This is standard procedure to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
If the name on your KL777 account does not match the name on your bank account or e-wallet, we may need to carry out additional checks before processing your withdrawal. Please ensure your personal details in your KL777 account are kept up to date and match your valid identification documents.
KL777 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered members, including a welcome bonus for new members, reload bonuses, weekly cashback for VIP members, free spins on selected slots, and periodic promotional bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the bonus is offered.
Unless otherwise stated, all KL777 bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before winnings derived from bonuses can be withdrawn. All Sports and E-Sports bets on KL777 are final once confirmed by the system. Bet outcomes are determined based on official match results recognised by the relevant governing body. In the event a match is postponed, cancelled or not concluded within the timeframe stipulated by KL777, all active bets will be voided and returned to the member's account at odds of 1.00.

KL777 expects all members to engage with the platform and fellow members in a responsible, respectful, and honest manner. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including account closure:
KL777 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so, including suspected fraud, breach of terms, money laundering activity, or requests from the relevant authorities.
Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the KL777 support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding rollover requirements must be fulfilled, or any unused bonuses will be forfeited. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonuses) in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the member via the original payment method used, subject to the completion of all relevant KYC checks.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved at the customer support level will be escalated to KL777's senior management for review and a final decision. The decision of senior management is final and binding in all matters relating to platform operations. All betting records, transactions, and system logs maintained by KL777 constitute valid evidence and take precedence over verbal claims or personal assumptions made by members.
KL777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the KL777 website.
